Jason Elder- He is 28 years old and is married to my wife's cousin (William's sister) and they have 2 beautiful little girls. Malli is 3 and Camryn is 1. Jason has been helping me for about 3 years now. He works as full time most of the time. Jason also has a lawn care service business that he does during the summer months.
